"We purchased our first pop up from Rhones way back in early 2000. It was a cheap fixer upper but we were testing the waters. The staff at Rhones were so nice and helpful and told us if we wanted to ever trade up for a newer model they would give us exactly what we paid for this trailer on a trade. We loved it so much we did return and trade in for a newer Coleman model. I trusted the staff so much I purchased the new camper sight unseen. The salesmans description and his word were all I needed. When we arrived to pick it up we were in awe because it was perfect and exactly what we wanted. And true to their word they gave us exactly what we paid for the first camper on trade. We also had the misfortune of an accident with our camper and the service department did the repairs. You could not even tell there was any damage. I love Rhone's!!! We travel over 2 hrs each way just to deal with them."

"While visiting my father in Cogan Station we had some opportunities with our motorhome and made 3 separate visit's to Rhone's.
Visit # 1: We had a reverse light out and had noticed that the gasket was leaking around the light. They suggested using putty tape which we purchased from a very friendly gentleman that reminded me of Santa Claus and was very pleasant to work with. The putty worked perfectly to seal up the edges. They were out of stock for the bulb that we needed but quickly referred us to Shore's Auto Parts and they had the bulb.
Visit # 2: Later in the week we ran low on propane and the young man that filled our tank was very nice and courteous! Service was immediate. We no sooner pulled in he was filling the tank and we were on our way.
Visit # 3: When starting to leave to return home my father mentioned that the one tire looked low. I thought for a minute about returning home, which meant a little over 2 hours of driving and making an appointment with the local RV dealer to check the tires when I returned home. But instead I stopped at Rhone's and asked if they had time to take a quick look. Boy was I glad that I did because all 4 back tires were low by about 20lbs each and they had lots of challenges to get the tires filled because all four tires had short stems and they wanted to make it right to make sure that we were safe. One of the inside tires was not reachable so they said that if we had a few minutes they would like to pull the tire off to get at the inside tire to add air to it. Wow! Talk about service. They were all very kind, caring and considerate. They even left us sit in the lobby with our dogs while we waited because it was very cold outside.
Rhone's has top notch customer service! If I lived closer to their operation I would not hesitate to buy my next RV from them because they have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Hurricane Ivan took our old trailer so we needed to find something new. We looked everywhere with in a 100 mile radius and Rhones had the nicest staff. "My wife and I bought our first motorhome from Rhone's in 1979. Our experience at that time was 5-Star. In between '79 and 2009 we bought units from other dealers because of brands. Finally in '09 we bought a new Holiday Rambler from Rhone's. We had forgotten what a really sincere dealer was all about. Other dealers don't go the extra mile like Rhone's and it took us 30 years to figure it out. Our next unit will come from Rhones Travel Trailer, rest assure of that fact. "
