The rear living area has a tri-fold sofa and theater seating across from an entertainment center with a fireplace and a 50" HDTV with a JBL sound system, plus there is a ceiling fan above it all to circulate the cool air from the dual Whisper Quiet air conditioners. You will stay protected underneath one of the two power awnings while you cook at the outside kitchen or prepare a beverage at the outside wet bar with a pull-out countertop!
